EIH to Develop $55 Million Hilton Garden Inn in Addis Ababa Compound

Ethiopian Investment Holdings (EIH) has announced the development of a new hospitality project within the existing Hilton Addis Ababa compound. The proposed project features a 150-key Hilton Garden Inn alongside a dedicated wellness facility. According to the release, the total investment for this venture is estimated at 55 million US dollars. This strategic expansion aims to upgrade and modernise the historic Hilton property's offerings in the capital. The initiative reflects ongoing state-backed efforts to boost Ethiopia's tourism, hospitality, and service sectors.
