Drivers and staff at the Bole minibus terminal are reporting significant operational difficulties due to overcrowding. Taxis traveling to Mexico and Arat Kilo are now forced to use a shared entrance and exit, causing severe traffic jams during peak hours. Staff tasked with traffic supervision and fee collection state that the cramped layout prevents them from performing their duties effectively. While some routes were relocated to this new facility, others remain at the old terminal, further complicating the terminal's traffic flow. The issue has prompted complaints from both drivers and line guards working at the site.
