Federal Court Orders Sandford International School Officials to Appear

The Federal High Court, Arada Branch, has ordered the Board Chairperson of Sandford International School, Dr. Biruk Haile, and the Head of School, Richard Cogley, to appear in person. This legal summons stems from an ongoing tuition dispute between the school and several parents. Parents petitioned the court, alleging that the school administration has violated a previous court injunction. They claimed that despite the court’s order to suspend any dismissal actions, the school moved to discontinue their children. The parents argued before the bench that the school administration has acted above the law. The court is now addressing these claims of non-compliance with its earlier directive.
