Manufacturing exports generate $118 million in Q1

The Ministry of Industry announced that the manufacturing sector generated $118 million in exports during the first three months of the 2026/27 fiscal year. This figure represents a 21.4% increase compared to the same period in the previous year. Furthermore, the ministry reported that domestic production substituting for imports has saved the country $1.3 billion in foreign exchange.
