Israel Awaits Election: Netanyahu Claims Progress on Iran's Nuclear Program

With one day remaining before Israel's parliamentary elections on Tuesday, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated that 90% of the work to dismantle Iran's nuclear program has been completed. In an interview with Channel 14, Netanyahu emphasized his singular ability to counter the Iranian threat, intensifying his rivalry with opponent Gadi Eisenkot.

Former US President Donald Trump endorsed Netanyahu, urging Israeli voters to support him so they can “finish the work” they started together. The election, which follows three years of political turmoil, is highly contested, with recent polls indicating a tight race between the current ruling coalition and the opposition.
