Enat Bank to Host 2026 GABV Africa Chapter Meeting in Addis Ababa

Enat Bank, which holds the distinction of being the first Ethiopian member of the Global Alliance for Banking on Values (GABV), has been named as the host for the 2026 GABV Africa Chapter Meeting. The upcoming international event is scheduled to take place in Addis Ababa from October 1 to October 2. The chosen central theme for the conference is “Transforming Banking: Leveraging ESG and Technology for Financial Impact.” This gathering marks a significant milestone, as it represents the very first time a GABV assembly is being hosted in Ethiopia. The event will focus on sustainable finance, environmental, social, and governance (ESG) standards, and technological integration in the banking sector. Key financial stakeholders, value-based banking advocates, and industry leaders from across the continent are expected to convene to discuss the future of impact-driven banking.
