Ethiopian Investment Holdings to Build $55M Hilton Garden Inn in Addis Ababa

Ethiopian Investment Holdings has announced plans to construct a new Hilton Garden Inn hotel within the premises of Hilton Addis Ababa. The project carries an estimated investment value exceeding 55 million US dollars. According to the reported details, the new establishment will feature a total of 150 rooms designed for guests. The design and construction contract for this hospitality development has been awarded to Almi Olindo. This project represents a significant expansion of hospitality infrastructure in the capital city.
