Yango, Gituji, and Awash Bank make 25 drivers car owners

Yango, Gituji IT Solutions, and Awash Bank have launched a collaborative financial program called "Shufer" to help drivers become car owners. Under this initiative, drivers on the Yango platform can acquire their own vehicles by making a 30 percent down payment. Participants in the program receive a discount of up to 600,000 Birr compared to current market prices. The program aims to assist drivers in converting their daily earnings into long-term assets. On September 27, 2019 E.C., the first 25 drivers officially received their vehicle keys as part of the launch.
