Prime Real Estate officially inaugurated its Bole Millennium Plaza apartment project on October 12, 2026 (Tikimt 2, 2019 E.C.). The company held an inauguration and key handover ceremony at the site and at the Sheraton Addis Hotel. Notably, the project was completed in 18 months, six months ahead of its planned two-year schedule. During the event, the company handed over keys to new homeowners. Additionally, Prime Real Estate launched the sale of its new Bole Mega site, promising similar efficiency for future developments.
