Lawsuit against Sectoral Associations Council withdrawn

A legal challenge filed by business figures Belayneh Kinde and Jamal Ahmed against the leadership election of the Ethiopian Sectoral Associations Council has been officially withdrawn. The withdrawal of the lawsuit is intended to pave the way for a new, orderly election process for the council's leadership. With this development, the Ministry of Industry will facilitate the preparations for upcoming new elections to stabilize the sector's representative body.
