Tigray cities including Adwa and Axum under ENDF control

Cities across the Tigray region, including Adwa and Axum, have reportedly fallen under the control of the Ethiopian National Defense Force (ENDF) and the Tigray Peace Force. Surviving TPLF forces have retreated to the Rama area along the Eritrean border. General Tadesse Worede and accompanying officials have surrendered to the ENDF after TPLF forces were disbanded in Mekelle. Remaining TPLF generals are currently engaged in peace negotiations with ENDF commanders to halt further conflict. Despite the ongoing talks, there are concerns that hardline TPLF members or Eritrean forces could potentially disrupt the peace process.
