Senior TPLF Commander Brigadier General Abreha Tesfay (Dinkul) Surrounded

According to Deutsche Welle, senior TPLF commander Brigadier General Abreha Tesfay, known as "Dinkul," has been surrounded by the Ethiopian National Defense Force (ENDF) and allied forces. Dinkul is recognized for his pivotal role in reorganizing Tigrayan forces into an insurgency during the 2020–2022 conflict, having secured significant victories on the ground. Following the reported capture of General John Medid yesterday, this development is viewed as a severe setback to the TPLF's efforts to regroup its military campaign. Analysts suggest that losing a commander of his stature would further weaken the TPLF's operational capacity as they retreat toward the border.
