Aderra Returns to Defend Title at Istanbul Marathon

Ethiopian athlete Aderra is set to return to the Istanbul Marathon on November 1st to defend his title. The marathon is known for its challenging course, particularly the final uphill climb to the historic centre that tests runners after 40 kilometers. Despite the difficulty in achieving personal best times on this specific course, it is noted for producing competitive and high-quality racing. Runners must navigate a physically demanding route that often leads to fatigue in the final stages. This year's event continues the tradition of challenging professional athletes in one of the world's few intercontinental marathons.
