Aliko Dangote to list 10% of Gode Fertilizer on Ethiopian Securities Exchange

Aliko Dangote, the president and chairman of Dangote Group, has announced plans to list at least 10 percent of his Gode fertilizer business on the Ethiopian Securities Exchange (ESX). This move is intended to allow Ethiopian investors to purchase shares in the venture.

Dangote made the announcement during the Dangote Petroleum Refinery IPO investor roadshow held in Addis Ababa on Thursday. He indicated that the listing will take place once the fertilizer production operations have stabilized.
