Ethiopia Prepares Health Emergency Drill for WHO Global Meeting

Ethiopia is set to conduct a full-scale health emergency simulation exercise on November 2. This drill precedes the seventh World Health Organization (WHO) Emergency Medical Teams (EMT) Global Meeting, which will be hosted in Addis Ababa. The three-day conference, scheduled for November 3–5 at the Ethiopian Skylight Hotel, will bring together nearly 800 participants from 100 countries. This event marks a historic milestone as the first time the global meeting is being held in the region.
