Dangote Refinery Share Sale Announced

The Ethiopian Capital Market Authority has announced the commencement of share sales for the Dangote Oil Refinery. According to the announcement, the price per share is set at 74.9 Ethiopian Birr. The subscription period for these shares is open until October 23, 2026 (Tikimt 13, 2019 E.C.). This investment opportunity is restricted exclusively to high-net-worth investors with a net asset value of at least 10 million Birr, excluding primary residence and one vehicle. Interested and eligible investors are instructed to facilitate their purchases through legally authorized securities brokers.
