Brig. Gen. Gebre Egziabher Appointed as Tigray Security and Peace Chief

Brigadier General Gebre Egziabher Beyene, also known as 'Wedi Antiru,' has been appointed as the Chief Executive for Security and Peace within the newly established Tigray Interim Administration. The appointment is part of the structure for the region's six-month interim administration. The appointment aims to stabilize the security situation in the region and facilitate ongoing peace efforts. Previously, Brigadier General Gebre Egziabher led the Tigray Peace Force (TPF).
