Lt. Gen. Belay Seyoum Appointed Deputy Commissioner General of Federal Police

Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed has appointed Lt. Gen. Belay Seyoum as the Deputy Commissioner General of the Ethiopian Federal Police and Commander of the Crime Prevention Department.
