Ministry clarifies milk safety concerns

Tsigerada Tadesse, an advisor for the Livestock and Fisheries Development Sector at the Ministry of Agriculture, has refuted claims circulating in the media regarding the presence of carcinogenic substances in milk products. The advisor stated that these claims are entirely false. While acknowledging that some traders may dilute milk with water or other substances, she emphasized that there is no confirmed evidence of carcinogenic substances in milk products sold in the market.
