Ministry of Education expedites university student admission process

Minister of Education, Professor Berhanu Nega, announced that the Ministry is working to expedite the student recruitment and admission process for higher education institutions. Following the initial admission procedures at Addis Ababa University and the Science and Technology universities, all other universities are expected to issue calls for students to register quickly. The academic year 2019 E.C. is scheduled to commence on Meskerem 5, 2019 E.C. The Ministry of Education is currently working to ensure that all preparations are met to adhere to this established academic calendar.
