Noah Real Estate Announces Home Handover Starting September 28

Noah Real Estate home buyers have complained that the company failed to meet agreed deadlines for property handover. Company lawyer Yosef Desta responded that delays were primarily caused by incomplete payments from some buyers, asserting that those who haven't paid in full are not entitled to claim breach of contract. The company stated that the project is now complete and will begin handing over homes after the Meskel holiday, starting September 28, 2025 (Meskerem 18). Buyers, however, are demanding accountability for the delays. The contract terms allow for specific legal remedies if the developer fails to deliver, though the developer claims that forcing contract termination at this stage would ultimately disadvantage the buyers. The company has yet to release specific data on how many buyers have completed their payments.
