Injunction Placed on Noah Real Estate

The Federal High Court has placed an injunction on Noah Real Estate, prohibiting the sale or transfer of 24 apartments located at the 'Victory Site' near Women's Square in Addis Ababa. These units had been purchased by 32 homebuyers. The injunction was issued following claims that the company failed to deliver the homes on time and was attempting to transfer the properties to third parties. The homebuyers filed a pre-trial lawsuit to secure their interests. The official court hearing for the case is scheduled to continue in October.
