PM Abiy Ahmed explains recent cabinet reshuffle and surveillance

Individuals flagged for misconduct or suspicion were given the opportunity to defend themselves before decisions were made. The Prime Minister added that the officials underwent rigorous training and evaluation over the past two months, warning that they face a challenging period ahead requiring hard work and dedication.
