Ministry of Education Extends Deadline for University Placement Choices

The Ethiopian Ministry of Education has announced an extension for the university and field of study placement selection process. This applies to students who sat for the 2018 E.C. secondary school leaving examination and achieved qualifying marks for regular higher education programs. The deadline for completing these choices has been extended until Meskerem 5, 2019 E.C. Students who have not yet submitted their preferences are encouraged to utilize this extra time. They can complete their selection by accessing the official portal at student.ethernet.edu.et using their respective identification numbers (Fayda).
