Conflict in Moyale continues as Borana Abba Geda leaders and Somali elders harden their positions to defend their respective territories. Southern Oromia zone security officials confirmed that despite attempts to mediate between the two sides in the presence of federal military commanders, negotiations ended without any agreement.
