ZamZam Bank reports over 22 billion Birr in total deposits

ZamZam Bank has announced its financial performance for the 2025/26 fiscal year during its annual shareholders' meeting. CEO Melika Bedri stated that the bank's total deposits have reached 22.2 billion Birr, while its total assets have grown to 29.24 billion Birr. The bank recorded a profit of 1.56 billion Birr before tax, with a total revenue exceeding 3 billion Birr.

The bank reported a 56% increase in its customer base compared to the previous year, now serving 973,441 customers. This growth was attributed to the expansion of digital banking services and technological options. Additionally, the bank's paid-up capital has reached 5.64 billion Birr.
